Wow... I am soooo happy to be able to update about Rachael... Her blog has announced that Rachael got a call for her new lungs keep her in your prayers and check out her blog... Fighting for life ...

As I was hopping around all my favorite blogs, I came across living life breathlessly where she was sharing a story about a fellow CFer and blogger Fighting for Life as I clicked my way over there, I was quickly taken back by this heart breaking video.... This courageous young women is fighting for her life and continuing to promote organ donation.. Please give her a moment of your time....

Proud of my oldest son... He is now officially allowed to drive, with his mum in tow of course...lol... But I am also very proud that he also made the decision to participate in saving a life as well some day, by getting that little red heart on his license....

Time was not a luxury she had!!!

I desperately miss this beautiful young women.... If you are on the fence, wavering whether you have the time to sign up for organ donation, look at Nicole. Nicole didnt have the time to ride any fence, she lost her life to cystic fibrosis while waiting to have a lung transplant. She was a beautiful spirit who gave unselfishly... Oh how I miss her.... BE A HERO, SAVE A LIFE, BE AN ORGAN DONOR...

Day 11!! My Sisters Keeper!!! BE AN ORGAN DONOR

My Sister's Keeper is a movie, I along with many many others cant wait to go see..... Here is what i want everyone to remember... When you come out of that theater with wet eyes, don't let it end there..... make a difference, make it count... Organ Donation is FREE, and you have an awesome opportunity to save a life... I have an awesome friend "Surfer Girl" in the hospital right now fighting for her life... She needs a new set of lungs and she is not alone. There are many people in need of an organ transplant and unfortunately some will pass while on the waiting list... It doesn't have to be that way... Imagine what a difference it would make if everyone would go get that little red heart on their drivers license, or sign an organ donor card and let their family know their wishes to save a life.... If you live by me I have lots of organ donor packs (in every language) stop by and I will gladly give you one, or call me and I will not hesitate to drop one off to you..... So go and enjoy an awesome movie, but don't let it end there.... BE AN ORGAN DONOR.... SAVE A LIFE!!! YOU TOO CAN BE A HERO!!!
